You are invited to submit an abstract for The Oman Respiratory Society 2024 Conference & 9^th Asian Pediatric Pulmonology Society – 2024, to be held on 14 & 15 Grand Millennium Muscat, Oman.

NOTIFICATION ON ACCEPTANCE/REJECTION: 25 Nov 2024 – 11:59 PM.

LANGUAGE:

All abstracts must be submitted in English using the online submission form on The Oman Respiratory Society 2024 Conference & 9^th Asian Pediatric Pulmonology Society -2024 website.

GENERAL CONDITIONS:
Abstracts are required for all presentations.

• Abstracts must be submitted maximum by 15 Nov 2024 (23:59 GMT)
• Abstracts must be submitted in English
• Abstracts submitted will be accepted as Poster/Oral Abstracts.
• Withdrawal of abstracts can only be accepted if notified in writing. It is possible to withdraw an abstract 14 days after notification on acceptance
• If selected, it is the responsibility of the presenter to bear his travel and accommodation expenses.
• All accepted Abstract presenter(s) will receive free registration to the conference to present your abstract at the conference
• The co- authors of the abstracts should register to the conference if you wish to receive the abstract poster certificate.
• Scientific committee reserves the right to exclude any abstract from the scientific program or from the conference that is not followed by a participant’s registration at the latest 14 days after notification on acceptance.
• Abstract Co – Author Names must be clearly mentioned during the submission.
• Please verify that your email address (submitter and presenting author) is correct as it will be used for contacting you after the review process.
• Disclosure: Abstract submitter and presenter are required to disclose any conflict of interest.
• Ensure that all co-authors approve the abstract submission, publication, and potential presentation
• All approved presenters are required to be registered to the conference
• Abstract submitter must consent to the Policies of Abstract Submission
